You are able to update your delivery address, as well as your personal information within your Degusta Box account. The following steps are most effective using a desktop/laptop or having your mobile phone's web browser set up as desktop version.
Go to degustabox.com, click on the icon on the top right of your screen and log in with your email address and current password.
Click on My Account, followed by a click on Delivery Address.
Click on Modify and find your address by entering your postal code. Fill out any other information such as your name and mobile phone number and then click "KEEP" to save your changes.
Please note that any changes related to your delivery (i.e. street name, house number, delivery note), must be submitted before the 1st of each month in order to take effect for the Degusta Box delivered in that same month. For any (last-minute) changes to your delivery, please contact the courier directly (e.g. via the tracking link) to explore the options they may have for you.
