After we have successfully received your payment, we will aim to deliver the monthly Degusta Box within a window of 5 to 7 business days. This delivery window applies to both new customers and recurring customers. More information on payments can be found here.
From the moment when we receive your payment, we'll take care of the rest - From collecting the goodies inside the monthly box up to ensuring that your Degusta Box will be transported safely with our partnered carrier. Due to this operational background, it is not possible yet to request delivering on specific dates.
You will receive tracking information via email and/or text message a few days before receiving your Degusta Box. In case you have not received any tracking info within the above indicated delivery window, then please contact our Customer Services team who is happy to help out!
