The survey is usually available from the 25th of the month until the 10th of the next month (dates may change if they fall on a weekend). You’ll get an email reminder, or you can find it in your account under “Questionnaires.”
When you complete the survey, you’ll automatically earn 5 points (collect 150 points for a free box).
