You are able to recover your password within your Degusta Box account. The following steps are most effective using a desktop/laptop or having your mobile phone's web browser set up as desktop version.
RESET PASSWORD
Go to degustabox.com, click on the icon on the top right of your screen and click on Recover Password.
Fill out the email address linked to your Degusta Box account and click on "SEND". Do not forget to have a look into your spam box, as the recovery email might be hidden there.
CHANGE PASSWORD
Go to degustabox.com, click on the icon on the top right of your screen and log in with your email address and current password.
Click on My Account, followed by a click on Personal Information
Update your password under Modify Password and don't forget to click "KEEP"
