You are able to change your details in your online account under My Account - Personal Details and Address. Please take into account that last minutes changes are not possible, as we work with tight deadlines in order to ensure a smooth delivery. You could contact the courier directly in order to be considered for last minute changes. At this stage, we can only send boxes to one address and not to multiple addresses.

Within your online account, you can order multiple Advent Calendars. For each of your purchase, you are able to select a different address to ship the box to.
>> Follow your Advent Calendar journey:
In your confirmation email, as well as in your online account, you will find indicative dates of when your Advent Calendar will be delivered. Once your Advent Calendar has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link with precise delivery information provided by the courier.
>> Advent Calendar hasn't arrived or has arrived in poor condition:
